Developments, investments planned for 2008-2011 in Medicinal Spa of Bük(2008-2011)
Büki Gyógyfürdő Zrt. is realising the following developments as the benefited project of New Széchenyi Plan (Új Széchenyi Terv) between 2008-2011:
Building a new rest zone building
The capacity of the medicinal spa has been expanded with a rest zone building offering 500 persons the opportunity of calm relaxation. The beds are available free of charge in the indoor premises.

Building a multi-function building complex
In the building there will be place for the Sauna World with a 100-person capacity, in which a tepidarium, steam baths, infra and Finn saunas, an aroma sauna and an outdoor Finn sauna will welcome the guests. The relaxation after staying in the sauna will be ensured by the indoor sauna rest room enough even for 100 persons and the atmospheric sauna gardens.
The recreation, rehabilitation, prevention and wellness services will get an own home in the Wellness Centre, where you can spend your recreation in an active way during your holiday.
A new restaurant will be built for your comfort in the spa, in which even 200 persons will be able to enjoy the culinary specialities and the delicious healthy food at the same time.

For the entertainment of the children, a brand new play room for children equipped with funny toys will be built.
Our adventure bath will be expanded not only with rest zones but also with a new paddling pool and an indoor slide complex in order to facilitate the amusement and the untroubled relaxation of the families.
The accessibility of the facilities will be ensured by a new entrance between the building of the indoor spa and the Physiotherapeutic Institute, through which the individual service units (Medicinal Spa, Recreation Park-adventure bath, Sauna World) will be run and also accessible independent from each other, through a heated corridor, with the help of new entry ticket types.
The building complex will be inaugurated in July 2011.
Air technical reconstruction of the indoor bath
In the frame of the air technical reconstruction, the air conditions of the indoor facilities have be improved with new, heat regaining, energy saving air treating equipment. In the frame of the investment, the windows and the doors of the indoor bath have also been changed.
The costs of the benefited project was 1750 million Ft. The investment was realised with 30% governmental aid money.
The project is realised with the support of the European Union and the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund.
