Aroma steam sauna

Our 6-person (7 m²) large aroma steam sauna is sweet with beneficial aroma oils, which has a positive effect on the respiratory system, the skin and the blood circulation. A 45 ºC-warm temperature and a humidity of 100% contribute to relaxation and purification in a gentle way complemented by the beneficial effects of the different aroma oils.

Finnish stone sauna

The atmospheric Finnish stone sauna covered inside with natural stones makes it possible even for 26 persons to enjoy a sauna session. 85-90 ºC hot temperature and a humidity of 10-30% contribute to purification. It enhances blood circulation and metabolism, and strengthens the immune system.

Herbal sauna

The herbal sauna for 8-9 persons has a lower temperature than that of the Finnish sauna, only 70 ºC, and humidity is only 10-40%. The beneficial effects are complemented with the aromas of the different herbs, which clean the respiratory tract and help relaxation.

Infrared sauna

Our 10 m² large infrared sauna offers place for 10-12 persons. Next to a temperature of 50 ºC and a humidity of 10-30%, the infrared rays enter the depth of the organism and heat it from the inside. As an effect, the blood vessels expand making the blood circulation constant, speeding up metabolism, and strengthening the immune system. The infrared sauna operates on a lower temperature, which results in a more pleasant stay inside. In comparison with the Finnish sauna, it is more efficient in loosing the muscles, and by an intensive lymphatic circulation, it contributes to body shaping. It cleans the pores and regenerates the cells, thus, it has a spectacular effect on the skin.

Crystal steam sauna

In our 14 m² large steam cabin for 16-18 persons – as opposed to the sauna – the temperature is lower (45 ºC) and humidity is 100%. The not so hot, wet steam let you sweat in a gentle way. Its beneficial effect is similar to that in the sauna, it relaxes the body, strengthens the immune system and purifies the organism.

Tepidarium

Our tepidarium for 6 persons offers you a kind of steam cabin sparing your cicrulation. You can relax next to a temperature of 28-32 °C and a humidity of 10-30%. It strengthens the immune system and has a pleasant relaxing effect. Relaxation will be made even more pleasant with marble beds in the tepidarium, on which you can stay longer than in the sauna.

Aroma sauna

In our aroma sauna for 7 persons, a temperature of 65 ºC and a humidity of 30-50% enhance relaxation and purification, which is supplemented by the beneficial effects of different aroma oils.

Devil sauna

In the Finnish sauna for 10 persons there is a 100 ºC heat and a humidity of 10-30%. It invigorates blood circulation, trains the heart, strengthens the immune system and contributes to the metabolism processes. It is not recommended in case of blood circulation problems and heart diseases.

Finnish wood sauna

In our wood sauna in the sauna garden, even 20 persons may enjoy the pleasures of the Finnish sauna next to a temperature of 85-90 ºC and a humidity of 10-30%. %. It invigorates blood circulation, trains the heart, strengthens the immune system and contributes to the metabolism processes. It is not recommended in case of blood circulation problems and heart diseases.

Ice cabin

After sauna use – apart from the indoor and outdoor immersion pool – we also offer you an ice cabin to cool down. This kind of cool bathing treats the organism in a gentle way, since it is not shocked by cold water; you can enjoy a temperature of 15-18 ºC in a slower and less drastic way in the ice cabin after the heat.
