Do I have the opportunity to book a lot in advance?

It is not possible to book a lot in advance, the lots can be chosen free at arrival.

What do I have to know about entering and leaving the medicinal spa?

The guests of the campsite can use the services of the medicinal spa and open-air swimming pool even several times a day. Our guests may enter the territory of the medicinal spa during its opening hours exclusively through the direct pass between the campsite and the bath. Returning into the campsite is possible also here. It is possible to manage barriers found at the entry of the campsite with the entrance card given at the reception at the time of arrival. The entrance card is to be used at the electric entrance system between the campsite and the bath, too. Losing or damaging the entrance card is to be immediately reported at the reception. Please leave your entrance card at the reception desk on settling the bill, before leaving.

What are the payment conditions in the campsite?

Our guests are asked for settling their bills until 12 a.m. on the day of departure or until 4 p.m. on the previous day. Our guests are asked to leave the campsite until 12 a.m. on the day of departure. If you do not leave the campsite until this time, the registration system will automatically charge you an extra night. Bills can either be paid in HUF or in € or by credit card. We inform you that in case of paying in € your bills will be issued on the basis of the HUF/€ buying rate of exchange valid on payment date. Opening hours of the cashier’s office: 8.00 a.m.-4.00 p.m. Reception service: non stop.

Do you have campsite etiquette in Thermal Medicinal Campsite?

Please do not disturb other guests with loud activities from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and from 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. Please keep your dogs on dog-leashes in the campsite and solve their sanitary needs out of the campsite fence.
