At the beginning of the spa cure, a so called spa reaction may occur, the pains in the ill zones may increase, the wellbeing may decrease. If a patient uses the medicinal waters for bathing more times and longer than advised by the medical specialist, their organisms might become exhausted and spa tiredness might occur. Why is it not recommended for children below 14 to bathe in the medicinal water pools?
The organism of the little children is more sensitive to different infections than that of the adults because theis immune system is still developing. Their organism is less strong against the intensive impulses, such as a 40oC-warm bath. This burdens their power of resistance and causes stronger reactions in their organisms than in adulthood. Children like splashing about in water, diving under water, playing in water and they might also swallow some drops in the meantime, which is not beneficial for them either. Children are not careful enough to keep the precise bathing times eiter, they tend to stay longer in the warm water pool which also overloads their organisms. Apart from that, children like moving in the water, jumping and the intense movements makes their organisms tired, especially if it is done in warm water.

After 10-15 minutes, take a shower before entering the diving pool. After cooling down, always take a rest and substitute the liquid lost with quiet mineral water, 100% pure fruit juice, medicinal or fruit tea. Do not use alcohol while using the sauna!
